Great service from great staff.
The shower facility at the rooftop was very disappointing. It couldn't be locked, awkward and uncomfortable when using it. I felt exposed and anxious every time I had to change or shower, not ideal after a long day of exploring. The lack of privacy significantly marred my overall experience.

Had well-designed and functional room complete with lovely balcony and jacuzzi and bidet. The breakfasts with a relax atmosphere provided by live piano player. The location was particularly good and perfect, for example, a large fortress was at walking distance from the hotel. The property's staff were superbly friendly all the time.

A serene escape with fine views
The hotel was a haven of tranquility, with friendly staff who provided packed breakfasts for my early tours. I loved watching sunsets from my balcony. It was nice!
Although the location required a bit of a walk or Uber to the old town, which could feel like a hassle after a long day of exploring, it wasn't overly problematic.

Both a hit and a miss
The rooftop pool offered amazing views, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring! Staff were attentive and packed breakfasts for early excursions, which I genuinely appreciated.
The hotel was situated in a less attractive area, surrounded by high-rise buildings, which diminished the overall ambiance. It had a limited selection of dining options within the vicinity.

Caring staff were a highlight, especially one reception lady who provided excellent support . The breakfast options were diverse, with sausages and pastries that renewed my energy for daily excursions. The rooftop pool offered nice views and a relaxing atmosphere, though getting to the Old Town required some effort, and I found the nearby dining options to be limited at times. A pleasant experience worthy of a return trip.
