Great service from friendly and attentive staff.

The shower facility at the rooftop was very disappointing. It couldn't be locked, which made it awkward and uncomfortable when using it. I felt exposed and anxious every time I had to change or shower, which is not ideal after a long day of exploring. The lack of privacy significantly marred my overall experience.
